Sent wrong size and no exchanges!,
I ordered regular black vans authentic shoes with the white rubber bottom and white laces. I ordered them in a men’s size 9 and received a size 8. I then found out that the seller has a no-exchange policy. It was such a hassle to have to ship the shoes back only to find out that I could not have the correct size sent back to make up for THEIR mistake. The slip inside the box even said “size 9.” Once they received the shoes I sent back, I got an email saying size 9 was out of stock. I wish they would have sent me this information before going through all that pointless trouble.

|Good shoe, but a little large,
I love Vans. Especially the Authentic and the Era. The only thing that bugs me is the sizing of their shoes. I currently have three pairs in three different colors. All are the same size but they fit differently. This Authentic i got was a little bigger than the other two. Also, i wear a size 12 normally, but I know i have to order down a half size for vans (11.5). I would prefer a full size down for this particular shoe (11).
